SAP basis administraion course starts from 17th august in kolkata

BASIS Batch starts on August 17th, 2009 at Kolkata. Course fee is Rs. 2,75,000/- plus 10.30% service tax. It’s a 25 day Classroom Session. course contents are listed in next post. I am thinking that worth joining in this course. I am expecting opinions from senior basis consultants on this course before paying fee. Is it work doing it? How much starting salary i get if i do job, how much amount i can earn if i work as independent consultant? after completion of this course. I have 13 years of experience in network administration with CCNA and MCSE certification.

I am writing this post to have an idea before taking high budget course. One more question… Is it possible to get hands on experience in 25 days? Are they give second chance to write exam if i fail first time? please clear all of my doubts if any body done this course from Siemens already. Thanks in advance. Hi,

The course is highly overpriced and from what I’ve heard, the lab generally don’t have complete infrastructure. Please validate the infrastructure before you pay the hefty fees. If you enroll and learn SAP and get certified then also there are not very good chances of getting into SAP because certification does help, however, nothing beats the real experience.

Although, If you get certified then you have better chances of getting an entry in SAP world.
