Don’t buy a car if you don’t use it regularly. I did same mistake by purchasing a Honda City V-tech plus.
I bought TATA indica AP 29 B 4713 in September 2003. I used this car for 4 ½ years and drove only 30,000 km. I have been using this car more in malkajgiri area. Because of small and uneven roads car was spoiled more than the car was traveling on highways. So that time came to change the car. Then I approached sundaram motors to buy Honda City, because of my college era of ambition. After so much of research in carwala.com about all most all the cars like maruthi, Tata, Scoda, benz, BMW, different models of Honda City I have selected top model in Honda City V-tech plus. This car is having all the features like power steering, 2 air bags, ABS (Anti Braking System), Leather seats, 4.9m turning radius, spoiler, door wiser…etc. I bought this car on April 30, 2008. As on today my speedometer showing only 4000 km. That means I used this car to drive 4000 km. I paid 465,000 INR to show room and bank as of now. There is still 650,000 INR as outstanding principle balance to pay to ICICI bank.
Recently I went to showroom where I bought and asked for purchasing price to find out how much money i will get in hand to clear at least one personal loan, they offered me only 635,000. That means i need pay another 50000 INR to bank including fore closure charges of a car loan. I dropped the idea of selling car. Then I understood that we should not buy car without much use of it. We should utilize maximum to get profit.
Now my car is available on daily or monthly rent. If you are interested to use my car on monthly basis for self driving, contact me.
