I have applied passport in Hyderabad regional passport office on 13th August, 2009 through ordinary method. I waited long for police verification but nobody turned up until 2 months. Then I visited passport office and waited almost 4 hours in line and informed the about no police verification done as on that day. They asked me to submit personal particular form again. I have submitted a personal particular form on the next day by waiting same time like 3-4 hours in a huge line.
Again I have been looking for police verification for almost 1 ½ month. During this period I have checked almost 1000 times both Cyberabad police and passport verification websites. Cyberabad police passport verification status website says that there is no file received from the passport office and passport verification website says that your police verification report not yet received. What is the meaning of it. Whose website is correct?
Finally I received a call from police verification department on 25th November, 2009 for the purpose of verification and visited one Mr. Takur to my home and collected all the details of mine and filled some forms. He told that “within one week’s time you can check the status of verification report online at cyberabad police website”. As he said I got the information about my status of my police verification report on 7th December, 2009 with the dispatch reference number 511 / IP/VC/SB/CYB/ 2009 and the serial number 81 file number f020370. The report says Result is clear.
So the passport should be delivered know. But I didn’t receive as on today. Today is 6th February, 2009, Almost 6 months time from application for a passport. I do not understand what is happening in the passport office.
Please forward this article to any of the passport official to look into the matter. I am eagerly waiting for my passport as I am having a good business offer in Germany. My life depends on this passport. Presently I am jobless because of IT recession. So please help me anybody who can help me in resolving this issue.
